We would like to introduce a case where we implemented a "Production and Sales Management System (CJS Scratch Development)" for customers engaged in the manufacturing and sales of industrial chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and reagents. There was a lack of standardization in the cost calculation system for determining sales prices, and the company was unable to grasp the financial status of products or achieve "visualization" of cost calculations. After implementation, it became possible to understand the financial status by factory and product, allowing for the selection of profitable departments and items. By systematizing the internal rules for cost calculation, standardization of operations was achieved.
